1. Return Period
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your item was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must be in its original, sealed packaging.
To Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us First: You must contact our customer care team via WhatsApp at 03402832442 or email at hello@florishshine.com within the 15-day window.
- Provide Evidence: Send us clear pictures or a video of the issue (e.g., wrong item, empty product, broken seal, damage).
- Wait for Approval: Do not send the product back until we have reviewed your case and provided you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened Products: Any skin care product whose seal has been broken or has been used.
- Gift Cards
- Final Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion.
4. Special Conditions for Bundles/Kits
If you ordered a skin care bundle or kit:
- The entire kit must be returned unopened. We cannot accept a return if any single item from the kit has been opened or is missing.
- If the kit is returned with an item missing or opened, the return will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you at your expense.
5. Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
7. Shipping for Returns
- Return Address: You will be provided with the shipping address upon return approval.
- Shipping Carrier: Approved returns must be shipped via Leopard Courier Service. Returns sent through other carriers may not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
- We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for valuable items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (and provided the return process above is followed). To request an exchange, please contact us at the details below.
